The Keenan Executive Search Approach:

  • Define precise client goals and expectations: We conduct a thorough initial client consultation for each search assignment to gain a clear understanding of all aspects of the client company, executive search position and targeted industries, and to set a realistic timeline for search completion.
  • Draw on extensive candidate pipeline: Building on 20+ years of industry and professional networking, we have developed an extensive database from which to source candidates. While our database remains our main recruitment resource, we also utilize appropriate social networking channels. All means of sourcing candidates are handled with the utmost discretion and highest level of professionalism in the executive search industry.
  • Present in-depth and insightful candidate profiles: Following extensive telephone interviews and select in-person meetings or video conferences, we prepare a detailed profile on each candidate that we present to the client. Our profiles contain extensive information pertaining to the candidate’s background, career goals, salary history, and personal interests. Most importantly, our profiles conclude with an assessment of why the candidate is well-suited for the position.
  • Closely assist the client in the final selection process: Our active dialogue with the final candidates continues beyond the profile; we remain in close contact to extract more refined information to assist the client in better differentiating between finalists.
  • Coordinate critical details of the offer and acceptance: We remain involved in the final process to effectively close the deal, from structuring and negotiating the compensation package and presenting the offer to conducting reference checks and coordinating start dates and related hiring detail
