Keenan Executive Search is a boutique retained executive search firm based in the greater New York City area founded by Michelle Keenan, a 20+ year veteran in the executive search industry. The boutique nature of our firm ensures full accountability to clients, greater attention to search assignment details, fewer business conflicts, and deeper relationships with the talent pool in targeted industries.

Our executive search consultants practice in four primary areas: strategy, finance, operations, and sales/marketing. Michelle Keenan, Founder

After more than two decades in the executive search industry, including managing the satellite office of a global executive search firm and serving as a founding member of its Strategy Practice, Michelle established her own boutique firm, Keenan Executive Search, LLC located in the greater New York City area. Michelle received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Spanish from the University of Kansas. She is an active member of the parent boards at Villa Walsh Academy and George Washington University and is a member of Impact 100, a nonprofit women's giving circle organization.
